    • Initial Assessment: A complimentary 30-minute call to scope your negotiation.

    • Typical Cost: Most standard engagements require 3–5 hours total, putting the estimated cost between $1,050 and $1,750.

    • Payment: A $350 minimum retainer (50% of 1 hour) is required to book the first session; the balance is billed bi-weekly.

    • Cancellation: 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a one-hour ($350) cancellation fee.

Traditional Style Mediation

  • This service offers a structured, neutral, and expedited path to a sound legal agreement for parties involved in high-tension professional or personal disputes (e.g., divorce, business dissolution). We use a confidential caucus-style negotiation format to minimize direct confrontation and facilitate a practical, timely resolution.

    • Pre-Mediation Intake & Document Review: Individual confidential calls with each party/counsel and review of supporting documents.

    • Full Day Mediation Session: Up to 10 hours of mediation time, typically scheduled as one full day or two half-days.

    • Structured Caucus Process: The mediator meets with each party separately to explore interests, positions, and options efficiently.

    • Drafting of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Preparation of a non-binding but detailed document outlining all terms of the final agreement for legal counsel review.

    • Flat Fee: $6,000 Flat Fee. This covers all preparation, mediation time (up to 10 hours), and final agreement drafting.

    • Payment: $6,000 is due as a non-refundable retainer upon scheduling to secure the date. The fee is typically split evenly between the parties.

    • Overtime: Sessions exceeding the 10-hour flat rate limit will be billed at $500 per hour.

    • Location: The flat fee does not include costs for in-person room rental. We can either find a suitable place together or clients may secure their own neutral space.

Restorative Process Facilitation

  • This is a long-term, intensive conflict resolution service for parties committed to repairing a relationship, earning back trust, and addressing underlying harm. This process moves beyond a simple agreement to a deeper understanding, fostering healing and a sustainable resolution on your terms.

    • Initial Assessment & Readiness Check: Individual confidential meetings with all participants to confirm commitment and safety.

    • Custom Process Design: Creation of a multi-stage dialogue plan tailored to the specific people involved and the nature of the harm.

    • Structured Dialogue Sessions: Facilitation of multiple restorative circle or caucus sessions over a period of 2–3 months.

    • Check-In/Integration Calls: Scheduled calls to support the transition and integration of agreements post-dialogue.

    • Written Outcome Statement: A collaboratively developed document outlining commitments to repair and future boundary agreements.

    • Flat Fee: $12,000 Flat Fee. This covers the full multi-stage process, custom design, and facilitation, typically over 2-3 days with intervening sessions as needed.

    • Payment: A $4,000 non-refundable retainer is required to commence the initial assessment and process design. The remaining balance is due before the first facilitated joint session.

    • Participants: Optimized for 2–4 primary participants; involving more may require a customized quote.

    • Rescheduling: Rescheduling an active session with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a $500 fee.

    • Payments may be split between participants.

Restorative Strategy Intensive: Workplace Culture Transformation

  • The Restorative Strategy Intensive is a 2-Month Intensive engagement designed for high-impact legal and policy transformation, typically completed within 8 weeks. This service is optimized for organizations with at least 5-10 employees that are seeking broad, systemic policy and culture change. The commitment term ensures a focused and swift resolution, moving quickly from assessment to expert-led facilitation.

    • Initial Assessment & Readiness Check: Individual confidential meetings with all participants to confirm commitment and safety.

    • Custom Process Design: Creation of a multi-stage dialogue plan tailored to the specific people involved and the nature of the harm.

    • Structured Dialogue Sessions: Facilitation of multiple restorative circle or caucus sessions.

    • Check-In/Integration Calls: Scheduled calls to support the transition and integration of agreements post-dialogue.

    • Written Outcome Statement/Policy Drafting: A collaboratively developed document outlining commitments to repair and future boundary agreements.

    • Fractional General Counsel Advisory: Comprehensive legal and policy assessment and strategic counsel.

    • Restorative Design: Custom design and preparation of the restorative justice process, including all materials and protocols.

    • Total Engagement Fee for this intensive is $18,400, reflecting a fixed rate of $9,200 per month for the 2-month commitment.

    • $9,200 non-refundable retainer required, covering the first month's fixed fee and commences the initial assessment and process design.

    • Remaining $9,200 balance billed at the start of the second month, before the first facilitated joint session is scheduled.

    • Rescheduling an active facilitated session with less than 48 hours' notice incurs an $800 fee.
